The memories the photographer helps recall should be real ones, not staged moments in the day. The real work starts after the wedding, with editing, online proofing and printing, I use the latest digital cameras and lenses from canon, editing software and printers to ensure you get perfect results. Every image is viewed in detail on a computer, alterations are made to each and every print to ensure that tonal range, contrast, colour balance, sharpness, composition and content are exactly right. Computer editing of images allows us to provide the equivalent of traditional hand printing techniques on every image you get. This kind of service just wouldn't have been available from wedding photographers in the days of film. Your photographs can be in black and white, colour or a combination of the two. Natural, candid, informal, unobtrusive, relaxed, professional, contemporary, modern, creative and award winning are all good descriptions of our photography. Once your images have been through the editing phase (about 2 weeks) a web site is built so that you may view them online. My style of wedding photography, Creative Reportage is becoming more and more popular as brides are increasingly no longer content with staged cut-the-cake kiss-the-groom shots. Photography by Perceptive is about capturing the days events as they happen not setting up staged moments. I will of course arrange group shots as necessary and a few posed shots of the Bride and groom. Wedding Photographers have a reputation for being bossy and controlling often taking hours out of your day posing you for formal photographs. My wedding photography is different. Rather than posing the days events, capturing the real moments, as they happen. As a wedding photographer I try to achieve natural, candid, informal, unobtrusive, relaxed, professional, contemporary, modern and creative images. I regularly cover weddings in Sussex, Surrey, Kent, Essex, Hampshire and Berkshire. Both Brighton and London are within easy reach. Travelling is indluded up to 50 miles from heathfield. Hailsham, Uckfield, Tunbridge Wells, Eastbourne, East Grinstead, Hayward Heath, Hove, Worthing Brighton and hastings are all within 50miles. The studio about 40min north of Brighton.
